Dynamic Simulation of Material Processing System Based on Intelligent RGV

Abstract: The paper’s background is B problems of undergraduate mathematical contest in modeling of China in 2018.Through graphic design,the workflow of RGV material processing system is reproduced.Three mathematical models are established to simulate dynamically the loading and unloading time of RGV material processing system.The stability and rationality of the model are verified according to the simulation values,The estimated values of parameters calculated from the simulation values of three groups are very close to the setting values of the system.The absolute errors are 0.02 second,0.04 second and 0.02 second respectively.It shows that the model can truly reflect the operation mechanism of RGV and provide reference for the optimization of RGV operation parameters.
