Investigation and Reflection on the Construction of Elementary and Secondary School Principals in Areas of Minority Ethnic Groups- Based on Analysis of Yunnan Province

Abstract: This paper presents statistics on 851 principals in elementary and secondary schools in the areas inhabited by minority ethnic groups, analyzes the existing problems in the team construction, and, based on the role theory, puts forward suggestions on strengthening the team construction of principals in primary and secondary schools in such areas: strengthening the role mechanism construction and bring the team construction into the track of institutionalization; optimizing the role structure and establishing talent pools; innovating role learning methods; and enhancing the principal management ability.
