Multi-factor Analysis Based on SWOT of Higher Education Cross-border Cooperation of Yunnan

Abstract: Cross-border higher education cooperation is an important task for Yunnan to face as the radiation center of South Asia and Southeast Asia committed to promoting the "the Belt and Road" education action. This paper analyzes the advantages, disadvantages and opportunities that affect the cross-border cooperation of Yunnan's higher education by collecting and sorting out literature, so as to help the province realize the coupling and precise development of national strategy, promote regional development and cross-border higher education, and realize the education community.
