Abstract: This study aims at exploring the relative importance of psychological capital factors in predicting learning burnout of physical education majors. The positive psychological capital scale and learning burnout questionnaire were used to evaluate 450 college students. The results show that grade variables have significant effects on psychological capital and learning burnout. The regression analysis showed that only some of the four factors of psychological capital had strong predictive effect on the three factors of learning burnout, that is, resilience, hope and optimism, had strong predictive effect on behavioral misconduct; Self-efficacy, resilience and hope had a strong predictive effect on low mood and low sense of achievement. The results of strength analysis showed that the explanation rates of resilience for misbehavior and depression were 46.04% and 50.61%, respectively, and hope accounted for 38.10% of the predicted variance of low sense of achievement. Therefore, strengthening resilience and hope is an important way to alleviate the burnout of physical education majors.
