RAO Hongjiang, XU Daolong, HE Yongtai, LIN Quan, LIU Yangzhi, PENG Jie
    2024, 39(3):  1-7.
    Abstract ( 34 )   PDF (1570KB) ( 18 )
In the case of partial shading, the output power of photovoltaic arrays has multi-peak characteristics. In practical applications, the maximum power point tracking algorithm has slow convergence speed, low efficiency, and is easy to fall into local power extremes. For the problem, the Fast cuckoo search (FCS) algorithm, which takes into account the convergence speed, accuracy and power stability, is applied to the maximum power tracking of photovoltaic arrays. The FCS algorithm adopts adaptive step size and chance factor to avoid premature convergence. It has strong global search and jump out of local search capabilities, fast convergence speed, strong local development ability in the later stage of the algorithm, small power oscillation, stable power output, and high maximum power tracking accuracy. The simulation shows that under static shadow and dynamic shadow conditions, the FCS algorithm has faster convergence speed and higher convergence accuracy than the GWO algorithm and the PSO algorithm, and has good stability, which can effectively improve the output efficiency of the photovoltaic array.

    2024, 39(3):  8-15.
    Abstract ( 18 )   PDF (1707KB) ( 8 )
In practical engineering applications, different shadow occlusion may occur in photovoltaic modules caused by foreign bodies, resulting in weakened output performance of module. In this paper, the influence of multi-mode occlusion effect on the output electrical performance of modules based on polysilicon is investigated by experimental method. Results show that 1) the output voltage, current and power of module are greatly affected by different shielding ratio of a single battery, and the larger the shielding area, the greater the power decrease percentage of module; 2) the number of battery occluding pieces shows more significant influence on the output voltage, current and power of module: when the number of occluding pieces is 3, the power decrease percentage of module exceeds 80% under the three time segments; 3) different shielding modes have greater influence on the output current and out power than voltage of module, and the power decrease percentage can exceed 95% when double-row transverse occlusion is used; and 4) different occlusion positions affect the output power mainly by affecting the output current of module. When diagonal occlusion is used, the power decrease percentage of module exceeds 80%, especially in the noon period when the percentage can reach 90%. The influence of different tilt angles on the output power of module with the same occlusion position is relatively weak, while that of occlusion on the output power of module is huge. The results of this study provide data support for the application of polysilicon photovoltaic module system.

TANG Mengyao, RUAN Meng, CHEN Xingpeng, YANG Hudie, LI Liandeng
    2024, 39(3):  16-21.
    Abstract ( 20 )   PDF (3105KB) ( 8 )
This work analyzes and processes high-resolution (0.028'') observation data of the W51 IRS2 region, a massive star-forming region, obtained by the ALMA. For the first time, an unfragmented, ultra-dense clump-like structure called CE1 was observed, with a mass greater than 13 solar masses and a density higher than 107. Vibrational (v8=1) and rotational (v=0) transitions of CH3CN molecule were detected in a total of 16 spectral transitions, and the parameters of CH3CN were calculated. From Jeans analysis, it was found that the temperature inside CE 1 should be higher than 400 K, and no obvious star formation activity was observed inside. All the research results suggest that CE 1 is highly possible an “embryo” in a very early evolutionary stage of massive star formation.

    2024, 39(3):  22-29.
    Abstract ( 20 )   PDF (1499KB) ( 6 )
In order to achieve the rapid detection of the effective components in the Compound Sodium Salicylate, Antipyrine and Caffeine Injection, this study focuses on utilizing the Raman spectroscopy technique with its superiority of low water interference, fingerprint recognition and focused sampling. Raman spectra of the Compound Sodium Salicylate, Antipyrine and Caffeine Injection samples were analyzed, and the results showed that the Raman spectra of injection samples were mainly composed of the Raman spectra of sodium salicylate aqueous solution, antipyrine aqueous solution and caffeine aqueous solution. According to the relationship between the Raman scattering intensity and the concentration of the corresponding component, the quantitative analysis models using the spectral characteristic peaks height or peaks area were established based on the spectral characteristic peaks at 812 cm-1 and 1033 cm-1 of sodium salicylate gradient solution, and the spectral characteristic peaks at 724 cm-1 and 1005 cm-1 of antipyrine gradient solution, respectively. Considering the mutual interference between the spectra of each component, the quantitative analysis models based on partial least squares (PLS) were established by using the spectral data of sodium salicylate gradient solution in the 745~920 cm-1 and 1010~1060 cm-1 region, and the spectral data of antipyrine gradient solution in the 700~750 cm-1 and 950~1020 cm-1 region, respectively. Then, the contents of sodium salicylate and antipyrine in 31 injection samples from different production batches of three different manufacturers were predicted by the two kinds of quantitative analysis models, and the predicted values were compared with those measured by liquid chromatography. The results showed that the predicted values were close to the measured values of liquid chromatography. Among the 31 injection samples, the predicted content of sodium salicylate was between 96.4% and 102.3% of the labeled amount, and the predicted content of antipyrine was between 98.1% and 105.8% of the labeled amount. The results all met the national drug standards. The analysis result was also consistent with the result of liquid chromatography. It is indicated that the Raman technique can be utilized as the qualitative and quantitative analysis of the components of Compound Sodium Salicylate, Antipyrine and Caffeine Injection.

NAN Lijun, TAO Hong, WANG Junrui, XIAN Yaxue, LIANG Xiaoxiao, SHU Jinghong, LAN Ya, ZHAN Guoli
    2024, 39(3):  30-37.
    Abstract ( 18 )   PDF (1339KB) ( 8 )
Raw pineapples were selected to obtain high-quality preserved pineapple. In this experiment, pineapples with different maturity levels in Xishuangbanna were used as raw materials. After identifying the maturity level of pineapples based on appearance, color, aroma and fruit hardness, sensory evaluation was conducted, while indicators such as water, sugar, acid, and protein were measured. Then, correlation analysis between raw pineapples and preserved pineapple fruit was conducted, and the quality of preserved pineapple was evaluated based on the key indicators and sensory evaluation of raw pineapples. The results showed that pineapple maturity was graded into light ripe, medium ripe, and full ripe according to taste, color, aroma and flesh hardness. In the sensory evaluation system of fresh pineapple fruit, the four indicators of color, taste, aroma and flesh hardness of medium ripe pineapples were all the highest, and their comprehensive scores were also higher than those of both light ripe and full ripe pineapples. Therefore, it was ultimately determined that fresh medium ripe pineapple fruit was the most suitable material for preserved fruit. When analyzing the indicators of mid ripening pineapples in different sampling periods, it was found that 1) the sugar content of pineapples fluctuated greatly during different sampling periods, and climate conditions had a certain impact on pineapple fruit; 2) the acid content first increases, then decreases, before finally slightly increasing during the ripening process of pineapples; 3) the moisture content is closely related to the weather conditions during the sampling period; and 4) the protein content increases with the accumulation of nutrients during the extension of the sampling period. From the correlation between raw pineapples and preserved pineapple, it can be seen that the sugar, acid and protein content of raw pineapples will have an impact on the quality of preserved pineapple, which to some extent determines its quality. The sugar, acid, moisture and protein of raw pineapples are closely related to the quality of preserved pineapple fruit. Therefore, the quality of preserved pineapple fruit can be predicted based on the relevant indicators of raw pineapples, and suitable raw materials for producing preserved pineapple fruit can be selected to provide a basis for producing high-quality preserved pineapple fruit, so as to further improve its comprehensive quality.

    Abstract ( 14 )   PDF (2830KB) ( 4 )
To analyze the high correlation mutation genes of human pleural mesothelioma by DNA de novo sequencing, DNA was extracted from malignant pleural mesothelioma (MPM) tissues and normal pleural tissues, and a gene library was constructed. The Illumina HiSeqX Ten PE 150 platform was used for sequencing. The sequencing results were compared and annotated with the reference sequence of the human genome database. The sequencing results were filtered, the error rate distribution was checked, and the GC content distribution was checked and analyzed. The average filtering of MPM tissue DNA was 37829946 bp, the error rate was less than 0.12 %, and the GC content accounted for 41.17 %. The average filtering of normal pleural tissue DNA was 39089681 bp, the error rate was less than 0.1 %, and the GC content accounted for 41.7 %. The sequencing quality of both was above Q30 (≥ 80 %), MPM was 87.43 %, and normal pleura was 88.36 %. The above high-quality sequencing data were compared to the reference genome (GRCh 37 / hg19) by BWA, and the initial alignment sequence was obtained. The coverage and depth of the alignment sequence after repeated labeling were used for statistics. The mutation site was credible when the coverage depth reached 10 X or more. The results showed that 98.59 % of the experimental cases XL14 had a coverage depth of 10 X, and the coverage rate reached 99.83 %. The control case Z5 accounted for 98.50 %, and the coverage rate reached 99.79 %. Gene annotation analysis of the sequence revealed a series of single nucleotide polymorphisms, gene insertion and deletion, gene structure variation, and gene copy number variation. The total number of variation sites was 29277, and the number of possible pathogenic variation sites was 22. The number of pathogenic variation sites was 5, the number of sites with uncertain variation was 3353, and the remaining variation sites were benign. Further enrichment and correlation analysis of mutant genes were carried out to obtain the correlation map and predict the mutation.

    2024, 39(3):  50-54.
    Abstract ( 11 )   PDF (1883KB) ( 2 )
The corrosion inhibition behavior of 2, 5-dimerhydryl-1,3, 4-thiazole (DMTD) on pure copper in 0.5 M sulfuric acid was studied by weight loss method, polarization curve and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy. The effect of corrosion inhibition was studied by weight loss method, and the adsorption model was discussed based on the experimental data. The electrochemical method was adopted to study the properties and mechanism of corrosion inhibitor. The weight loss results show that DMTD can significantly slow down the corrosion of pure copper in sulfuric acid solution at all four experimental temperatures, and the organic molecular adsorption meets the Langmuir isotherm. Electrochemical analysis showed that DMTD inhibited anode and cathode corrosion reaction of pure copper. With the increase of DMTD concentration, the corrosion inhibition performance of the adsorption film enhanced. The corrosion inhibition effect of DMTD was confirmed by surface morphology observation. 2, 5-dimercapto-1,3, 4-thiazole (DMTD) can effectively inhibit the corrosion of pure copper in 0.5 M sulfuric acid.

Overlapping Community Detection Algorithm Based on Gravitational Interaction
ZHAO Yangyang, LIU Shihu, YANG Chunsheng
    2024, 39(3):  85-91.
    Abstract ( 20 )   PDF (1950KB) ( 23 )
Community structure is an important feature of complex networks, and it is important to analyze and understand the structure and function of complex networks by community detection. The algorithms based on local community detection are popularly used to solve this problem because of their efficiency and validity. Compared with global community discovery methods, local community discovery methods do not require information about the overall structure of complex networks. However, most of the available algorithms have low utilization of local information, and the fitness function in the expansion process is unable to dynamically measure the connectivity between nodes, which makes the community detection results deficient in terms of quality and stability. Based on this, an overlapping community detection algorithm based on gravitational action is proposed in this paper, which brings the topological information in the network into the universal gravity formula to measure the interaction force between two nodes, and applies the gravitational action formula to improve the fitness function in the local expansion process to obtain high-quality overlapping communities. Finally, the experiments in real and synthetic networks showed that the proposed algorithm has good performance.

Research on the Variation Characteristics and Recurrence Periods of Precipitation Extremes during Different Periods in Kunming
SUN Juan, YANG Yi, DUAN Wei, YANG Bingyu, XING Dong
    2024, 39(3):  100-108.
    Abstract ( 14 )   PDF (7132KB) ( 6 )
Based on the data of annual maximum precipitation of different durations from 1958 to 2022 at Kunming Climate Reference Station, combined with short-duration precipitation index analysis, trend analysis, wavelet analysis and extreme value analysis, the basic evolution characteristics of annual maximum precipitation of different durations in Kunming were revealed, the extreme value distribution of precipitation of different durations was fitted and the result of recurrence period was calculated. The results indicate that: (1) The values of all precipitation indices for different durations of annual maximum precipitation in the Kunming area are lower than those in regions such as Zhengzhou, Beijing, and Zhejiang. This is attributed to the differences in climatic endowments across various regions. (2) The annual maximum precipitation of different durations in the Kunming area exhibits significant interannual variability, with an overall weakly increasing trend. Except for the two time periods of 120 minutes and 180 minutes, where the annual maximum precipitation shows significant periodic changes from 11 to 14 years, the periodic changes in precipitation in other time periods are not very significant. (3) Statistical inspection indicators and key data point tests show that the Gumbel distribution performs favorably in Kunming and can be used for calculating the precipitation intensity for any recurrence period of different durations in Kunming. The research findings can provide a basis and reference for understanding, predicting, and warning against heavy precipitation in the Kunming area, meteorological services, and urban disaster prevention and mitigation. They also offer insights for similar work in other regions.

LI Yuxiang, YANG Qingkun, ZHANG Lei
    2024, 39(3):  116-122.
    Abstract ( 22 )   PDF (1330KB) ( 10 )
Excel automated grading systems for problem-solving questions often rely on RTF and VBA approaches, but their effectiveness is far from satisfactory. To address this issue, a method based on the Office Open XML format and Python language, utilizing open-source libraries such as Openpyxl, Element Tree, along with custom classes for Excel file parsing, has been proposed. This method presents a summary of common tags and their functions in the Spread sheet ML markup language of the Office Open XML format. Furthermore, an automated grading workflow is designed, which is divided into three stages: format parsing, format saving, and format comparison for quantitative scoring. The format parsing stage is further broken down into two steps-Openpyx l parsing and Element Tree parsing-that can effectively address custom error handling during parsing. Testing demonstrated that this method enables reliable automated grading of Excel 2010 problem-solving questions.

    2024, 39(3):  135-141.
    Abstract ( 11 )   PDF (1343KB) ( 2 )
The literature review method, mathematical statistics method and K-means algorithm are used to categorize and analyze mean item scores, data of the three major modules-body shape, body functions and body quality-and total scores of university students, both male and female, of years 2018~2022 unqualified in physical health tests. The results show that the item mean scores in the modules vary, modules of body shape and functions have little influence on the total scores, and the actual numbers of categories confirmed by the “elbow method” are obviously different as the body quality module involve too many items. Based on these analysis results, the following health promotion strategies are suggested to university students unqualified in the student physical health tests in overall score: strengthening health education and psychological counseling, applying personalized evaluation and guidance, using some person-specific physical fitness training, and adopting digital supervision and feedback health promotion strategies. These strategies aim at analyzing the physical health test data of such students and applying exercise intervention after feeding back the results, so as to reduce the test unqualificatoin rate.
