Exploration and Practice of Primary School Management Model from the Perspective of the Ecosystem Theory

Abstract: The overall management quality of a school is a comprehensive indicator of the quality of its modern school managerial measures that directly affects its future development. Guided by the ecological system theory, the author attempted constructing a modern management model while taking into consideration characteristics of primary school education and teaching and put it into practice in the Experimental Primary School of Chuxiong Development Zone. The results show that this model can innovate school education environment by effectively mobilizing social resources and promoting the professional development of the teachers and the overall development of the pupils.
