    Abstract ( 27 )   PDF (12462KB) ( 14 )
With the structure of photovoltaic / phase change material (PV / PCM) thermal control system as the research object, the mechanism of photoelectric thermal conversion, transmission, storage and temperature control is studied, and the two-dimensional finite element thermal control analysis model of PV / PCM is established. The effects of thermal conductivity, melting point, thickness and irradiance of phase change materials on the internal temperature distribution of PV / PCM and the temperature control characteristics of solar cells were studied. Three PV / PCM experimental prototypes with peak melting points of 42.9 ℃, 46.7 ℃ and 58.1 ℃ were designed and tested under simulated light source conditions. The time for controlling the temperature of the three prototype solar cells is within 50 ℃ is 1.6 h, 1.45 h and 1.18 h respectively, and the average output power increases by 8.76%, 6.95% and 3.9% respectively compared with that of solar cells without PCM thermal control. The research results provide theoretical and experimental reference for the optimal design of PV / PCM system.

    2023, 38(3):  9-16.
    Abstract ( 33 )   PDF (7033KB) ( 19 )
5-Hydroxymethylfurfural (HMF) is a high value platform compound with a wide range of applications. Selective production of HMF from renewable biomass-based sugars is of great significance for comprehensive development and utilization of biomass resources. In this paper, the bio-based fructose is used as raw material, and the cheap and non-toxic ferric sulfate combined with 1-butyl-3-methylimidazole chloride ionic liquid ([Bmim]Cl) is used as catalyst system to catalyze selective conversion of fructose to HMF. The synergistic catalytic performance of ferric sulfate and [Bmim]Cl is investigated through the detailed investigation of reaction process parameters. Results show that when the reaction temperature is maintained at 140 oC for 1.5 h, the maximum yield of HMF from fructose in pure water system is close to 55%, while it can be increased to 63% in the water-THF miscible system. In addition, the mechanism of fructose conversion catalyzed by ferric sulfate is explored through solvent effect experiment. The mechanism of hydrolysis of ferric sulfate in the presence of water followed by releasing the H+ species to catalyze fructose conversion is proposed.

    2023, 38(3):  30-37.
    Abstract ( 22 )   PDF (6711KB) ( 7 )
Friction is a difficult area of mechanics teaching in secondary school physics. The complexity of the friction problem leads to difficulties in the students' understanding and knowledge of friction and undermines their cognition of the formation process of important concepts in physics and the formation of core physics literacy. By presenting a paradigmatic discussion on the understanding of the concept of friction, the conditions of its generation and the determination of its direction, the relationship between friction and the motion of an object and the effects it produces, this paper attempts to provide some practical path for teaching friction in secondary school physics from the theoretical level.

    2023, 38(3):  43-50.
    Abstract ( 35 )   PDF (11288KB) ( 11 )
This experiment aims at understanding the morphological differences between the venom glands of the Mygalomorphae and Araneomorphae, and to provide a reference for future study of the evolution and morphology of spider venom glands. In this experiment, four species of Mygalomorphae and four spiders of Araneomorphae were selected for observation and comparison of the size, location, external morphological characteristics, and internal structure of their venom glands. The results showed that the venom glands of the Araneomorphae are usually located in the prosoma and are distributed symmetrically, while those of the Mygalomorphae are usually located in the chelicera; they have ducts in the apex and extension from the prosoma or chelicera to the fang, The free ends of the former are blunt and round without ducts, and the venom glands of the latter have tapered ends that are elongated and tapered back, creating a cord-like structure; Different species of spider venom glands vary in size and shape; Observation of the internal structure of the venom gland showed that the glandular cavities of the Mygalomorphae were more numerous and compact, and the glandular cavities of the Araneomorphae were less and loose. To a certain extent, this result indicates that the position change and morphological structure of spider venom glands may be related to the evolution of spider venom glands.

YANG Haiyan, DENG Xun, LI Huaxiang
    2023, 38(3):  51-61.
    Abstract ( 21 )   PDF (9329KB) ( 22 )
In order to explore the effect of different light quality and light intensity on the color of Tia leaves, the light quality and light intensity suitable for Tia color change were obtained, and the ornamental value and economic value of Tia were improved. By covering different layers of shading net and using four different light sources - red light, blue light, white light and natural light - to create different light intensity and light quality conditions, the contents of Netia anthocyanin, chlorophyll and the color changes of Tia leaves were determined. The results showed that the color of Tia leaves was the best and the growth was good when they were covered with a layer of sunshade and the shading net were red and green. Without shading net, the color was mostly red, less green with better color and burning phenomenon. In the light quality experimental group, the red light had a great influence on the color of Tia leaves, the red color of leaves was the majority in the red light environment followed by the red light. The white light had little effect on the color change and the color change was not particularly obvious.

WANG Xinmeng, LI Shufang, LI Bin, ZHOU Chongxi, YU Min, QIU Lu
    2023, 38(3):  62-69.
    Abstract ( 18 )   PDF (9604KB) ( 5 )
This paper aims at identifying the differentially expressed genes and pathways involved in malignant pleural mesothelioma (MPM) by bioinformatics analysis. The matrix data of GSE51024 dataset was downloaded from the GEO database, the limma package of R software was applied to screen the differentially expressed genes and the ggplot2 and pheatmap packages were used for visual display. Gene Ontology (GO) analysis and Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes (KEGG) pathway analysis of differentially expressed genes were performed using DAVID online database. STRING database and Cytoscape software were used to construct protein interaction networks of differentially expressed genes and screen out hub genes involved in MPM. Hub genes were confirmed by Gene Expression Profiling Interactive Analysis (GEPIA), and the prognostic value of each hub gene was tested by the Kaplan-Meier analysis. 1259 differentially expressed genes were obtained, including 351 up-regulated genes and 908 down-regulated genes. GO analysis and KEGG pathway enrichment analysis showed that differentially expressed genes were significantly enriched in PI3K-Akt signaling pathway, IL-17 signaling pathway, ECM-receptor interaction, cell cycle, complement and coagulation cascades, protein digestion and absorption, leukocyte transendothelial migration, viral protein interaction with cytokine and cytokine receptor, cell adhesion molecules, etc. 10 pivotal genes related to MPM were identified by Cytoscape. The overall survival (OS) of MPM patients with high expression of these hub genes was significantly lower than that of patients with low expression, indicating that patients with high expression of these hub genes had a poor prognosis. The 10 hub genes are potential biomarkers of MPM.

WANG Boyong, LUO Zhonggui, ZHOU Chongxi, LI Bin, LIU Ruai, YANG Xi, XIONG Wei
    2023, 38(3):  70-75.
    Abstract ( 81 )   PDF (7166KB) ( 25 )
The lysyl oxidase (LOX) family consists of LOX and four LOX-like proteins (LOXL1, LOXL2, LOXL3, and LOXL4) that act mainly in the remodeling of the extra cellular matrix (ECM) and the cross-linking of collagen and elastic fibers. As the second most common cancer worldwide, lung cancer ranks second in incidence (second only to breast cancer) and first in mortality rate. Recently, an increasing number of studies have shown that the LOX family is closely associated with the regulation of cancer cell proliferation, migration, invasion and metastasis. This review mainly presents the mechanism and research progress of each member of the LOX family in the occurrence and progression of lung cancer.

    2023, 38(3):  76-82.
    Abstract ( 32 )   PDF (5300KB) ( 21 )
A multi-objective fuzzy flexible job shop scheduling problem (MOFFJSP) is established that uses fuzzy numbers to represent workpiece processing time and delivery date, and the optimization goal is to maximize average customer satisfaction and minimize fuzzy completion time. Process-based encoding is used to represent scheduling solutions, and active decoding methods to improve the quality of the solutions. The algorithm uses crossover and mutation operators designed based on the principles of immunity and entropy to construct new solutions, and uses non-dominated sorting and improved elite retention Strategies to improve the diversity of Pareto solution sets. Simulation experiments prove that the proposed MOGA can effectively solve the problem model.

Analysis of the Influence of Ambient Temperature and Humidity on Tobacco Silk Production Moisture Based on Regression Model
CUI Wenbo, WANG Hui, CUI Runian, SHI Chenyun, ZOU Xinyuan, Qin Haifei
    2023, 38(3):  83-90.
    Abstract ( 25 )   PDF (11670KB) ( 24 )
Tobacco silk production is an important process of cigarette production. The quality of tobacco silk production plays a decisive role in the quality of cigarettes, and the moisture content of tobacco is the most important quality index. The tobacco leaf silk making process includes the production processes of loose moisture recovery, leaf embellishment, silk drying, material storage and so on. The whole process controls the water content of cut tobacco by adding water, feeding, drying and other processes. In the production practice, adding water, feeding drying as well as volume, temperature and other indicators are controlled through the industrial control system combined with the experience of the operators. A large number of practices show that environmental temperature and humidity have a significant impact on the setting and control of process indicators. Through the analysis of historical production data and field investigation, it is found that in actual production, it often depends on the experience of the operators to adjust process indicators to deal with the impact of environmental temperature and humidity on the moisture content of cut tobacco. Through the establishment of multiple regression model to reflect the relationship between environmental temperature and humidity on the moisture content of cut tobacco and the set value of process indicators, the dependence on the experience of operators can be minimized to further improve the automation rate of tobacco silk process, improve the production efficiency, and realize the intelligent control of tobacco silk production process.

    2023, 38(3):  114-121.
    Abstract ( 20 )   PDF (7366KB) ( 11 )
Based on the monthly precipitation data, DEM elevation data and socio-economic data of counties and cities in Chuxiong Prefecture from 1989 to 2018, the paper first presents the four major influencing factors of drought disaster: risk of disaster causing factor, vulnerability of pregnancy factor, vulnerability of disaster bearing body and ability of disaster prevention and reduction, then proceeds to analyze thirteen secondary indexes of natural factors and human factors were selected to construct the risk assessment system of drought disaster in Chuxiong Prefecture, combining the Drought Disaster Risk Assessment Model to Evaluate the Drought Disaster in Chuxiong Prefecture. The results showed the risk factor of drought disaster is low in the east and high in the south and the north in Chuxiong Prefecture. The distribution of vulnerability of pregnant factors increased from the south to the north. The distribution of vulnerability of disaster bearing body increases from the northwest to the southeast. The distribution law of disaster prevention and reduction ability shows that it decreases to the four sides from the center – Chuxiong City. The comprehensive risk was higher in the north and the south and lower in the central and eastern parts.

Research on Seismic Performance of Utility Tunnel Based on Time-History Analysis
    FENG Yutao, LI Weibin
    2023, 38(3):  122-127.
    Abstract ( 9 )   PDF (7844KB) ( 3 )
Improving the seismic capacity of the underground utility tunnel project is of great significance to the sustainable development of the city. Taking the actual engineering as the background, a three-dimensional structure-soil model of the underground utility tunnel with different lengths is established. Based on the modal analysis, the Rayleigh damping method is used to analyze the time history of the model. The correlation method is used to analyze the influence of the model's aspect ratio on the calculation accuracy of the model and the influence of the wall thickness on the mechanical properties of the structure is studied. The research results show that: 1) When the aspect ratio is less than 1:1, the stiffness of the model is small, resulting in large errors; when the aspect ratio of the model is 1:1~10:1, the analysis results are relatively stable; when the aspect ratio reaches 12:1, the modal analysis result is dominated by rigid displacement; 2) For the analysis model that only needs to obtain the maximum response of the structure, the aspect ratio should be 1:1; 3) The structural stress is mainly controlled by the bending moment; the largest area of the main stress of the structural bending moment is concentrated in the surrounding corner areas; in actual engineering, the corner areas should be strengthened; and 4) As the wall thickness increases, the seismic load on the structure increases, but at the same time the maximum principal stress and the inter-story displacement angle decrease. Taking into consideration both safety and economic factors, the wall thickness should be 250mm.

    Abstract ( 9 )   PDF (5612KB) ( 11 )
Eight indicators, including urban population, per capita GDP, population birth rate, population mortality rate, school age children enrollment rate, number of primary and secondary schools, number of students in school and number of teachers in primary and secondary schools, are selected and factor analysis method is used to conduct comprehensive evaluation and analysis from three dimensions of comprehensive population quality, physical quality and scientific and cultural quality, so as to accurately grasp the influencing factors of population quality and regional differences of development level in 16 prefectures in Yunnan Province. The results show that the regional differences of population quality in Yunnan Province are obvious. The educational environment and resource conditions, natural population changes and social and economic development level restrict the regional population quality level from improving from different levels. The three aspects are the leading factors of regional differences in population quality. We should attach importance to the development of regional culture and education, realize the balanced allocation of educational resources, and vigorously improve the quality of education; we should speed up the pace of regional economic development and improve people's living standards; we should improve the public health and medical service system, improve medical security, and improve regional medical and health services and maternal and child health care; and, finally, we should strengthen health awareness, strengthen physical exercise, and improve the health status of residents.

    2023, 38(3):  147-154.
    Abstract ( 26 )   PDF (6489KB) ( 8 )
In order to understand the relationship between soybean seed color and seed vigor, the germination index, seed viability and conductivity of leaching solution of soybean seeds with different colors were compared under standard, low temperature and drought stress, and the soybean seeds were comprehensively evaluated by fuzzy membership function method. The results showed that the germination rate and germination index of mixed color soybean seeds were significantly higher than those of yellow green and yellow soybean seeds; There was no significant difference in viability among the three colors of soybean seeds; Under low temperature and drought stress, the germination potential of mixed color soybean seeds was not significantly different from that of yellow green soybean seeds and yellow soybean seeds; Under standard germination conditions, the germination potential of mixed color soybean seeds was significantly different from that of yellow soybean seeds; It shows that the effect of color on soybean seed germination potential is not as great as that of low temperature and drought stress. The conductivity of the extract of mixed color soybean seeds was significantly lower than that of the other two colors; The D value of mixed color seeds is the largest and the D value of yellow seeds is the smallest, which indicates the following relationship: mixed color seed vigor > yellow green seed vigor > yellow seed vigor. Soybean seed color is significantly correlated with seed vigor. This paper provides a theoretical basis for soybean seed selection, cleaning and processing.
